[Resolved] Account expired despite of completed renewal access order

      Hello,

      we renewed our license on the 17th January, however my account still shows as expired. Could you please help me with this?

      Hello @devops,

      It seems that through the renewal process you somehow registered a 2nd account (with a new username and password) which is the one that now has access.

      Have you figured this out? I assume you have and you’ve started using the new account.

      If not I will delete the new account and apply the access your original account.

      Let me know what you prefer.

      Hi Steve,
      we have the same problem.
      We have already paid for the renewal but the status is not updating. We only changed the email in the payment, but nothing else. We will always use the same platform. Can anyone help us unblock the situation?
