[Support request] After update attachments are missing

      I installed the new version of OSticketAwesome. The attachments are not visible also when clicked they are not found. So I can’t download them.

      I found the attachments in the Mysql. I tracked their IDs and matched them to confirm they still exist within the database.

      The attachments in the updated version work fine.
