Today, in the Awesome template, when the customer opens a ticket, next to the ticket number, it presents a sign in Green.
We wish that when the call was in the status of Waiting for Attendance, it was in Blue.
When in service status in Yellow.
When in Status Resolved in Green.
When you were in Status Delayed in Red.
And Closed, in Black.
Would this change be possible? And what value would it cost me to do so?
