I have just copied across the required files, and then uploaded a copy of my original ost-config file but I dont see any changes when I log into the helpdesk. Am I missing something here??
Ignore me I have worked out the problem. Just a ttp for anyone else if you are hosting on a synology nas, dont use the file uploader as although it says all the files have copied across successfully they dont. Used filezilla and all now working.
I love Synology NAS’s for so many reasons. I noticed that they included a osTicket installer in Disk Station, but I’ve never tried it myself. So I appreciate the tip, which I have added to the FAQ.
