Dear support;
We have just update to the last version of osticket:
(osTicket v1.16.2 // osTicket-1.16.2-Awesome-101 PHP 8.0.18 // MySQL 10.5.15 // nginx/1.21.6 web server)
When an agent password has expired, the agent is not able to change the password, the buttons and web does not answer to the clics.
When we changed the language into english the system works fine; we have set up the system as spanish (spain).
