[Support request] cant add collaborators

      Good day

      I’m having issues with collaborators, I can’t add them on a ticket, typing the first letters, the windows don’t show the existing agent

      already tried

      • different browsers
      • different PHP versions
      • differents osticket version

      please help

      osTicket v1.15.2 // osTicket-1.15.1-Awesome-102
      PHP 7.4.11 // MySQL 5.6.47 // Apache web server

      Are u using the ldap plugin? We hade simular problem like this and it was related to the lookup in the AD.

      no, we are not using ldap plugin
