[Support request] Change formatting of ticket in Open queue when new reaction is posted

      In the original OsTicket, a ticket with a new response was displayed in bold. With the OsTicket Awesome, it is not clear to me how to change the formatting of a ticket with a new response. I actually want all tickets that have new responses and are new from my previous login to have a certain formatting in the queue. How can I do this?
