      Hi,

      We would like to setup Osticketawesome on one of our subdomain as “abc.xyz.com”. We will create a email id as support@abc.xyz.com in this Osticket.

      We would like to share this link abc.xyz.com to all our clients.

      We are having following queries:

      1) How client will add tickets in this Osticket?
      2) Can we sort tickets Clientwise?
      3) How client will know their ticket status?
