I have added several custom form fields in our tickets. For example a customer number (number field) and a phone number.

With the osTicket v1.14.4 // osTicket-1.14.4-Awesome-101 the fields are shown, but when clicked, there’s no pop-up form to edit/update them. I do not see any js errors in the console. The URL changes to the ajax request and that’s all.

The browser cache is cleared. I also tried with Firefox and Edge. Same result.
