Advanced Search page when filtering by TicketStatus / State and User

Disable Attachment Inline Plugin

 

The theme has a display conflict with the Attachment Inline plugin that is included with it.

Steps to recreate issue –

1. Select a ticket:

2. View user’s other tickets by status:

3. Display conflict is evident at the bottom of the page:

4. Disabling the Attachment Inline Plugin stops the issue occurring:

The suggested solution here https://osticketawesome.com/forums/topic/code-on-footer/?view=all#post-5077 and here https://github.com/clonemeagain/attachment_preview/issues/42#issuecomment-521273949 makes no difference for us.

Any ideas?

Thank you for the very detailed bug report and screenshots. Very helpful!

I added this to my list of things to address and will hopefully have a fix soon.
