Hi guys.
Since I applied the latest update of OsTicket Awesome from v1.16 to v1.17.2 (8fbc7ee) a few weeks ago, I started receiving ENCODED emails from my OsTicket, but only for certain types of email like MFA token, or INTERNAL ACTIVITIES on ticket like this:

Any idea where I should start troubleshooting? I already emptied the content of the template BODY since the subject look OK.
