[Resolved] Error 500

      Hello ,

      i have the following problem, the ticket system has been freshly installed everything works, only if i click on “theme” i get the error.

      “500 – Internal server error.
      There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed”.

      osTicket Version 
      v1.12 (a076918) —  Up to date 
      Web Server Software 
      Microsoft-IIS/8.5 
      MySQL Version 
      5.5.51 
      PHP Version< 
      5.6.5

      Folder Rights 755
      Files Rights 644

      maybe anyone can help me?

      Hmmm I don’t know what could cause this.

      If you are still having trouble and would like me to look into it please create a temporary agent account (Admin Panel > Agents > Add New Agent) using info@osticketawesome.com. Be sure to give the account full administrative privileges.

      Did you get this sorted yet?

      Error 500 is very generic and tells us almost nothing. Pro tip: check your PHP, Apache and MySQL error logs for the real error message!
