      Cannot CTRL+O since upgrading to 1.14.4.

      This has nothing to do with the Theme which this site is. You need to try the Osticket forums over at osticket.com

      How come this as nothing to do ?

      You are providing the package, it was working before the last update you made available on your website.

      I guess something wrong with the package.

      Oops, @kkrumm is a customer who has helped a lot of other customers in this forum in the past.

      But in this case, unfortunately, he must not have been aware of the new CTRL+O feature.

      And I apologize for the very late reply, @MOFCO.

      CTRL+O should still work in osTicket-1.14.4-Awesome-101. It seems that there must be something atypical about your setup.
