How to find “New reply” notification in Ticket List [1.12 Revision 2]

      Hi, I just updated to revision 2 of v1.12 and read the interesting line in changelog

      – new: “New reply” notification in Ticket list

      I’m very happy about it and want to check it out but here’s the thing: I can’t figure out how to make that notification happen. Added new tickets + new replies but nothing shows up in ticket list. I thought that I may have to change the config in customized queue columns to add it in the subject column but there is no notification option like “New reply”…


      Could someone be so kind and tell me how to use it?
