Hello,
I am facing an issue just after populating the parameters (database etc..) screen.
I am doing a full fresh installation.
The next page display a “Http 500 SERVER ERROR’
The log :
AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘SessionData’ not found /include/class.auth.php:1597\nStack trace:\n#0 /var/www/vhosts/coreliquid.com/coreliquid.support/helpdesk/include/class.signal.php(98): PasswordPolicy::cleanSessions()\n#1 /var/www/vhosts/coreliquid.com/coreliquid.support/helpdesk/include/class.staff.php(302): Signal::send()\n#2 /var/www/vhosts/coreliquid.com/coreliquid.support/helpdesk/setup/inc/class.installer.php(214): Staff->setPassword()\n#3 /var/www/vhosts/coreliquid.com/coreliquid.support/helpdesk/setup/install.php(52): Installer->install()\n#4 {main}\n thrown in /var/www/vhosts/coreliquid.com/coreliquid.support/helpdesk/include/class.auth.php on line 1597′, referer: https://coreliquid.support/helpdesk/setup/install.php
I installed the same way on the same server the original osTicket-v1.17.2 and it is working perfectly.
Why i get the install error with osTicket-1.17.1-Awesome-101 ?
Does anybody have an idea … ?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards.
J.

Hi @dune356,
Apparently it is an upstream issue with osTicket 1.17.1, but fixed in 1.17.2. See this:
https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/6359
I’m still working on a release for 1.17.2, hoping to have that ready in the next few days.

Hello @stevland,
Thanks !
I will wait then the version 1.17.2
Do you have approximately a release date ? Just to evaluate if I install the original and then make an update to osTicketAwesome ?
Then, also with this version, for your information, I noticed that the prerequisite screen is not displayed as the original 1.17.2. The system jumps directly to the parameters screens ?!
Thanks for your help.
Best regards.
