[Resolved] HTTP Error 500 during install of osTicket 1.17 (Fresh Install)

      Hello,

      Running a fresh OS Install of Debian 11 fully updated with a LAMP Stack and the PHP version I am running is v8.1.11 the installer loads up just fine but when I fill out company info, admin user, database step and click the next option it goes to an error page.

      Error HTTP 500

      Is anyone else having this issue and can provide me with any tips on fixing this?

      Hi @nerdynetworking,

      Double-check your ost-config.php for typos.C

      Check your PHP and Apache error logs for additional clues.

      Buenos dias, tengo el mismo problema, estoy actualizando de la version 1.14 a la 1.17.3 y despues de copiar el ost-config.php me tirar error HTTP 500.

      Nos podrian indicar a que se debe?

      Versión PHP
      7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.7

      Versión MySQL
      5.7.28

      Software de Servidor Web
      Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)

      Versión osTicket
      v1.14.1 (f1e9e88)
