[Resolved] Impossible to activate dark mode in the users profile, no tab works

      Hello,

      We would like to work with dark mode, but no agent can activate it nor do any of the settings tabs work, only the first one in Account, please see image:

      It doesn’t matter if the agent is an administrator or not, no matter how you configure it, those tabs don’t work

      We have the osTicket (v1.17.5) v2 version installed

      I have already discovered why it does not work, if you enable the Spanish language those tabs stop working, if you enable the English language, then the 4 tabs already work. I don’t know if this also happens with other languages, but keep it in mind, greetings

      By the way, it happens in version 1.17 and 1.18, likewise, it’s not a PHP server issue

      I have verified it in both cases
