      Hi

      I made a purchase on 3/25/2021.
      I correctly filled in the form 3x.
      Unfortunately, I have not received an invoice so far.
      I am asking for an urgent reaction.

      Can’t contact the staff anyway.

      It’s funny for something related to a ticketing system…

      Wa are make a purchase from you 3 mont ago, but we never receive a bill. Also, we are send several inqury but you never respond to us.
      Pleasa, can you send as bill soon as posible, because we would be in serius legal offense.

      I have to create invoices manually, and I try to do so once a month.

      Admittedly sometimes it take me longer, in fact I’ve apparently gone as long as two months.

      I sincerely apologize to the people who are frustrated by my delay.

      I thought we have strict tax laws here in Canada. But if I make a purchase through PayPal, all I need to submit to the government is the PayPal transaction.

      I simply cannot understand why my foreign customers (mostly in the EU) need to have a unique “invoice” provided to them. And often they’ll get really upset when it doesn’t have the correct information that is required to identify their business.

      I can’t imagine how many people in the EU are sitting around worrying about these invoices, and how much manpower goes into generating them.

      In any event, if someone is casually reading this thread they may get the impression that I neglected to send out invoices for almost an entire year. No, this thread is people who are venting their frustration over the course of the year, but no one waited longer than 2 months for an invoice at the very most.

      I will try to do better!
