[Resolved] Knowledge base search link does not work in sub folder links to the wrong url

      When you press the search button in the KB with the url

      https://helpdesk.stbarnabashospice.co.uk/imt/kb/index.php

      it goes to

      https://helpdesk.stbarnabashospice.co.uk/kb/faq.php?a=search&q=email

       

      as you can see it is missing out the IMT subfolder, this happens with all the places the search box is, I tried to look for where the PHP or JS is to fix this but couldnt find it. If you could let me know where to change the code that would be amazing

      This sounds like it may be an issue with osTicket itself, not an osTicket Awesome issue.

      I did want to at least take a look and try to understand what is going wrong before saying so.

      But unfortunately I can’t access your installation:

      NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

      Further, Chrome says:

      You cannot visit helpdesk.stbarnabashospice.co.uk right now because the website uses HSTS.

      Let me know when you have your SSL issue sorted and I’ll take a look.
