      Hi everyone,

we`ve bin using osTicket awesome for a few weeks now and we’re happy with it, although we did have some issues but I was able to fix them myself.

However, one issue i couldn’t figure out myself is that there is no overdue icon on the “last updated” coloumn. The complete span “Icon overdueTicket” is missing.

      What I already tried:
      – same exact coloumn settings as in the staff demo
      – different browser/ empty cache etc.

      Screenshot:
      bug

Let me know if I can provide more infos.

      Thanks.

      Hello,

is your osTicket running with HTTPS protocol or with HTTP?

We have this same issue, but extended to other icons too: the lack of icons applies to all the icons usually inside the Subject column.

We have installed two identical ostickets on the same server and the icons appears in the http environment, not in the https environment.

I solved! The problem is that “Annotations” doesn’t appear. In old version it appears.
