[Resolved] osticketswesome v1.6.1 – Knowledgebase not showing

      Hello,

      We have setup some categories in the knowledge bas and set them to public but nothing is showing, even the knowledge base link itself isnt showing.

      Also, on the client login page the search knowledge base box appears for a split second then disappears.

      Does anyone else have this issue or any ideas ?

      Sorry for the delayed response.

      Hmmm.

      I am not seeing those issues on this end.

      What happens if you press SHIFT + O and then visit the Knowledge Base and Client Login pages in vanilla osTicket?
