[Support request] Print ticket reults in HTTP ERROR 500 version 1.15

      Printing a ticket results in a new tab in Chrome with http error 500

       

      osTicket v1.15.6 // osTicket-1.15.6-Awesome-101
      PHP 7.4.28 // MySQL 10.4.24 // Apache/2 web server

      In the log it says:

      /home/mybusiness/domains/4ab.nl/public_html/support/include/mpdf/vendor/mpdf/mpdf/src/Mpdf.php [line 13168]
      [2] is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/osta/uploads/logo-default.png?1648113622) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/mybusiness/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear/:/dev/urandom:/usr/local/lib/php/:/usr/local/php74/lib/php/)

      I tried changing the directory /osta/uploads/ to 755 and changed ownership. Nothing worked yet .

      I use Directadmin under CentOS with Cloudlinux for PHP

      Any sugestions where to add this tmp path? or tips?

      The Mpdf.php says something about a absolute path :/

      /include/mpdf/vendor/mpdf/mpdf/src/Mpdf.php [line 13168]

      Maybe helpful, I am looking further. 🙂

      Solution: Download the original osticketawesome setup zip, after upload to your webserver the mpdf folder again and upload again the logo here: yoursupporturl.com/scp/theme.php
