      Hey!

After installing osticketawesome, some incoming tickets cannot be opened anymore.
Most of the tickets are working normally, but approx. 1 out of 15 cannot be opened.

      Heres output of nginx-error-log:

PHP message: PHP Warning: DateTime::modify(): Failed to parse time string (last Montag of May 2100) at position 8 (t): The timezone could not be found in the database in /var/www/osticket/include/class.schedule.php on line 837
PHP message: PHP Warning: DateTime::modify(): Failed to parse time string (September 2099 Vorname Montag) at position 15 (V): The timezone could not be found in the database in /var/www/osticket/include/class.schedule.php on line 802
PHP message: PHP Warning: DateTime::modify(): Failed to parse time string (September 2100 Vorname Montag) at position 15 (V): The timezone could not be found in the database in /var/www/osticket/include/class.schedule.php on line 837
PHP message: PHP Warning: DateTime::modify(): Failed to parse time string (October 2099 Second Montag) at position 23 (t): The timezone could not be found in the database in /var/www/osticket/include/class.schedule.php on line 802
PHP message: PHP Warning: DateTime::modify(): Failed to parse time string (October 2100 Second Montag) at position 23 (t): The timezone could not be found in the database in /var/www/osticket/include/class.schedule.php on line 837

      My setup:

      osTicket v1.15.3.1 // osTicket-1.15.3.1-Awesome-101
      PHP 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.8 // MySQL 10.2.40 // nginx/1.14.0 web server

Ok, since errors were related to ./include/class.schedules.php, i’ve deleted all created schedules.

Now, alle ticket can be opened again. But it’s still a bug. 😉
