OSTA 1.18.1, migrated from OST 1.18.1. Subdirectory on Linux.

I am unable to select the checkbox or the name link for disabled plugin instances. I have a back up of OST from before migrating to OSTA and the link/checkbox works as expected. I’ve uninstalled the plugin, re-copied the plugin from your package and re-installed and it’s still not working.

As this also affects the auth-ldap plugin, it’s pretty critical we can get this working. Are there any other procedures I should try?

      Hi Aaron,

It sounds like you are doing everything correctly. I haven’t encountered this issue.

When you are on the plugins page press SHIFT + O on your keyboard to switch to vanilla osTicket. Let me know if that allows you to configure the plugins.
