[Resolved] Upgrading from 1.12.2 to current version

      Hi We are running the following and wanted to upgrade to latest version. 

      osTicket v1.12.2 // osTicket-1.12.2-Awesome-101
      PHP 7.1.30-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 // MySQL 10.0.38 // Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) web server

      Is there precautions to be taken or can do installation as per instructions given in the forum

      Hi!

      Should work fine with your setup, I upgraded from 1.12.2 to 1.14.1 today and found no issues. Don’t forget to backup codebase and db first!
