[Resolved] Error: The Upgrader does NOT support an update from the current patch

      After installing OsTicket Awesome and after i copied the ost-config.php into the new include Folder im getting the following Message in the backend.

      Im not able to navigate trough the Site or anything else.

      Hmmm. I have not seen that before.

      What version of osTicket were you running before installing osTicket Awesome?

      If it is really old (e.g. v.10.x) you may need to do a staggered series of installs (e.g. v.10.x -> v.12.x -> 1.14.x).

      That is the only thing I can think of. But please copy and paste all of the text from the Upgrader window into a reply so that I can use Google to translate it OR (even better) send me the URL of your installation (info@osticketawesome.com).

      Here is the error you are receiving:

      Der Upgrader unterstützt eine Aktualisierung vom aktuellen Patch [add628927ee030469f5d3272ebda1e16] NICHT!

      Patch add628927ee030469f5d3272ebda1e16 is from osTicket v1.15.

      You are trying to install osTicket Awesome 1.14.4-1 using a database that has already been upgraded to 1.15, which is not possible.

      You will have to revert to your previous installation or wait until osTicket Awesome 1.15-1 is released (hopefully later this week, but no guarantee!)

      Any idea when it may be released? I am not rushing. I just want to see if I should downgrade my OSticket or keep it current.

      We have not deployed the service desk yet.

      Also awaiting the 1.15 release.

       

      As a new customer, I was disappointed to see that the claim of “one week after” was not met. OST 1.15 has been out since December 7th.

       

      Understood it is approaching holiday time. Thank you for your support, looking forward to trying out the latest release.

      Habe genau das gleiche Problem. Wann wird denn die 1.15 fertig sein. Ich würde auch gerne eine Beta testen und Feedback geben wo es noch Fehler gibt. Einfach den Downloadlink und meine E-Mail.
