Yes, Cloudflare does an awesome of caching (as well as security – I block countries who should not have access as well) taking lots of load of the origin server but I have found when upgrading OSTicket unless it is disabled and then reenabled afterwards you get really odd results and pages not loading or behaving properly.

Yep, all completed. So I:

Backed Up.
Put Cloudflare into Dev mode to bypass caching
Disabled and deleted all plugins
Followed the guide here: https://osticketawesome.com/installation-instructions/
Reinstalled new (but same) plugins using OSTicket wizard
Reinstated the custom logos.
Re-activated Cloudflare

All sorted, version 1.17.1!

Update – I have tried this a few more times including playing with the version of PHP. Something doesnt seem right, I either get an error clicking on the open ticket queue button (everything else is ok) OR most of the time (4 times out of 6) the bar containing “open / my tickets / closed / search / new ticket” wont show properly. It will flash up for second then vanish, i note it also happens to the cookies message on the bottom of the page at the same time.

It doesn occur in the vanilla version it much be the OSTicket Awesome build?

Can anyone suggest anything?

Hi,

Ran the upgrade over the weekend. All went well, from 1.14 to the latest 1.15, your instructions were flawless thanks. TBH I have not noticed any major functionality enhancements from 1.14.3 to 1.15.2 but I know there are various security improvements. So that will do.
