/scp/js/thread.js
But the true/false settings at the top have no effect by my testing.

The dev doesn’t seem very active lately either. Has me concerned about my purchase now.

I just realized I should check against the native osTicket and it seems to be the same there. I’m only leaving this open if someone comes after and has the same question. I’ll be reaching out to osTicket to ask for more info.
