That’s what I do, and I recommend you keep a text file with a list of each file you modified when hand-translating. If you upgrade to a new version it’s much faster to open, find/replace, than it is to start from scratch each time!

That problem is with OSTicket itself. It crept up a few versions back and has never been addressed. That unfortunately is the sad truth with OSTICKET. It might be free and it certainly isn’t reliable at all.

FYI I have solved it. Clearing the server’s cache fixed the issue.

I just checked the file in questions and the part mentioned on the last line is not there. I guess the error was corrected in the currently available release?
In any case, my problem still stand.

I’ve reported the same issue in 2019. Apparently, it is a problem with OSTICKET itself.

Hi, in case this can help your troubleshooting for future release, this is what the same exact install looks like before I start customizing it. Top screenshot is Safari MacOS, the bottom one is Chrome MacOS. I find it surprisingly strange that CSS code can appear so screwed up in Chrome, especially the color of the nav links!
BTW is there a way I can underline JUST the active menu? Otherwise when it’s ticker you don’t see which one is active…

I hope they fix it for 1.14, I’m hoping to upgrade to 1.14 as soon as your theme is updated for it after it’s release.
Yes, I use the fr pack. I used the css code you provided, but 500 makes it impossible to know which menu you are in at the moment so I’ll play with it a bit.
Also, I’m using Chrome.

I know it’s a late thread reply, but I must congratulate you too on a stellar job. The admin theme customization panel is an impressive addition too. Really glad I found and purchased this and I would heartily recommend it to ANY Osticket user!
Yes I did, I also cleared the server cache in case. The ticket client side menu is fine, it’s only the agent/admin panel that appear so thin and small.
