Solution: Download the original osticketawesome setup zip, after upload to your webserver the mpdf folder again and upload again the logo here: yoursupporturl.com/scp/theme.php

The problem was solved.
I deteled the osticket backup lite plugin and now, it is works.Is there any changes?
