KeymasterCuando te encuentras con un problema como este, la primera pregunta que debes hacerte es: “¿Es este un problema de osTicket o un problema de osTicket Awesome?”
Afortunadamente, puede tener una copia de osTicket y una copia de osTicket Awesome instaladas en el mismo servidor y utilizando la misma base de datos.
De hecho, si siguió las instrucciones de osTicket Awesome, aún debería tener una copia de trabajo del osTicket normal.
Si aún no tiene una copia del osTicket normal en su servidor, es fácil obtener una.
1) Descargue la última versión desde aquí: https://osticket.com/download/
2) Descomprímalo en su computadora local
3) Cargue el directorio upload/ a su servidor web y cámbiele el nombre a algo apropiado, como soporte-antiguo/
4) Copie el archivo de configuración de su instalación de osTicket Awesome (include/ost-config.php) en la misma ubicación en su instalación de osTicket.
5) Visite su instalación de osTicket en su navegador web (por ejemplo, http://www.yourdomain.com/soporte-antiguo/scp) para probar.

El cuadro de campo completo está allí, solo falta el borde inferior. Arreglaré este pequeño problema en la próxima versión.

Veo a que te refieres. Pero noto que funciona de la misma manera en osTicket regular. Este no es un problema de osTicket Awesome.

Porque en la página Abrir ticket, el botón verde debería decir Open (o Abrir en español).

Because on the Open Ticket page the green button should say Open (or Abrir in Spanish).

KeymasterAs you probably realize, Synology’s os is a highly proprietary version of Linux. I have no idea how an osTicket Awesome installation, uploaded through the File Manager, would behave differently (or if indeed it would be different at all). I’m just going by what I’ve been told.
You may be overthinking what security issues would be required to run osTicket / osTicket Awesome on a regular web server. I have been using osTicket myself for over a decade and I have never taken any additional steps to secure it. I’m sure some people do, but in all of my years of participating in the osTicket Forums I haven’t heard of anyone who has.
In short Enhancesoft has already made osTicket very secure, and one of osTicket Awesome development objectives is to modify osTicket’s code as little as possible. 😀

Unfortunately a bunch of the translations are broken in osTicket v1.12.3, which I have reported here:
https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/5098This affects what you’ll see in the desktop layout in osTicket Awesome. But it is an osTicket issue, not an osTicket Awesome issue. Hopefully it will be fixed when they release v1.12.4.
