You have to download the Awesome-OST version and upgrade using that one.
You should ignore the “standard” one put out by the OST guys. Unless you want to drop the Awesome-OST theme.

Thanks for your reply! Apologies also for not updating from my end. We’ve done some tweaks with the server installation and since the re-upload of the images we haven’t experienced the issue….

I just checked the directory for my local instance (it’s both happening locally and in the prod environment) and the image is gone from the directory…
I’ve just re-uploaded the logo via the admin interface and it does get placed into the upload directory.

Also, this might help, we use Docker and we’re basing ourselves with the following images:
- MySQL database: “mysql:5”
- Apache HTTPD web server: “php:7-apache” (plus customisations inspired from <https://hub.docker.com/r/campbellsoftwaresolutions/osticket/dockerfile>)

I am trying to apply to CSS changes to /osta/user-styles.css on my local instance but it does not seem to be taking in into account. Do I need to do call that CSS sheet somewhere for these changes to be applied?

I am experiencing the exact same problem, the custom logo is broken as the header image and in the admin panel (also displaying 3 broken images).
However I am using this logo (referencing the URL) in the email notifications and there the logo is still well displayed. I see however that the URL pointing to the logo in these email notification is different though:
Email: https://sherlog.msf.org/storage/attachments/5649-logo-new.png
Site header: /osta/uploads/logo-new.png?1591096212

1/ Gottcha. I guess this would be the same scenario for any edits we might be making to your default theme, correct?
2/ Unfortunately we plan use to 2 other languages … (French & Spanish)
