After install you must allow the active content (javascript) and File URL permission in the plugin’s settings.

Honestly, I never get useful answers on the osTicket Forum, so I need to find by myself.

We bought the osticket awesome, after we modified a lot of thing, ex.: CSS, functions, extra automatizations etc. 
So, we need upgrade every time manually, but it is no problem with WinMerge.

I tried with vanilla. After I cliked the Print/Thread+Internal Notes+Attachments button, opening a new blank page, and happening nothing.
The PeaZIP said, this is not a ZIP file.
