    Thanks for the head’s up. I have fixed these and uploaded a new zip file with the same name.

    In other words, please download and reinstall osTicket-1.14.2-Awesome-101.zip from the Downloads page.

    As it happens, the new osTicket release (1.14.2) now has a Force HTTPS feature.

    Thus, the latest osTicket Awesome version now includes this as well.

    I don’t remember the situation, but when I said that I would log in and assist you it must have been a different scenario. 

    If you look through these forums, you’ll find hundreds of little glitches like these that have been reported by users. I always fix them, but when I do they are fixed in the next release so that everyone benefits.

    I appreciate your offer to pay me. I will have to gracefully decline that for now because I am already behind on getting the next release ready.

    In any event, all you need to do is assign one of those tickets to an agent and the issue will be resolved.

    Unfortunately this release is going to take longer then it normally does. It could be a week from now, or it could be a month.

    I will send out an email newsletter notification when the new release is ready.

    You are probably already subscribed under the PayPal email address associated with your account from when you purchased osTicket Awesome.

    Hi @justdoit,

    Thank you for your kind words.

    osTicket does not include a time tracking function by default. You must have been using a plugin at one time.

    Perhaps you were using the German version of osTicket that another group is put out (https://osticket.com.de/). I believe they added a time tracking modification or plugin. 

    Regarding https enforcement, that is an osTicket question (not an osTicket Awesome question). But I suggest you have a look here:

    P.S. I’m pretty sure the glitch in your second screen shot will fix itself once you have more tickets.

    If I remember correctly, that only shows up when you have no tickets in the list with an assignee. Once you assign a ticket to someone the issue will disappear. But let me know if this is not the case.

    Just to be clear, I can’t fix these things for your installation specifically. That isn’t how this works.

    I do appreciate the report, however. I have added these two glitches to my list of things to fix for a future release.

    Hi @infovi,

    That section is only available when one has the Audit Log plugin installed.

    Having said that, the Audit Log plugin will be supported very soon (probably the next release, fingers crossed).

    This is probably more work / cost than you imagine. It would not be a simple thing to code.

    And right now I am very behind on many tasks, including renew releases for osTicket Awesome.

    But if you are still interested, please reply in June to remind me and I will look into creating a quote for you.

    Hi @mstrust,

    The instructions under How do I remove the logos in the footer? on the FAQ page will remove the logos from the footer of both the Client Portal and the Staff Panel.
