I am not entirely certain that I know what you mean by “the editor”.
I assume you mean the text box when you post a reply or an internal note on a ticket. If so, this will be fixed in Revision 2 (osTicket-1.14.1-Awesome-102), which will be released in the next few hours.

KeymasterThis is a feature request pertaining to osTicket’s core functionality and is outside the scope of the type of enhancements that osTicket Awesome offers.
Please consider posting your question osTicket Forum or open an issue on GitHub.

KeymasterI’m in the testing phase of the initial 1.14.1 release. The current goal is to have a release ready by Monday Dec 2nd. But definitely next week!

KeymasterI don’t think a custom form would cause that. But you can test this by adding a custom form in the demo.
It has something to do with your server environment. Is the server working too hard?
Do you have a regular osTicket installation for testing purposes?

I don’t see that problem in either the latest osTicket demo or the latest osTicket Awesome demo.
You should try upgrading to osTicket-1.12.5-Awesome-101 to see if it fixes your problem.
