The ability to change the ticket priority from the ticket list is an osTicket Awesome-only mod that has been troublesome. It is being removed temporarily from the next release and will return better than ever in a future release… with a no db-error guarantee!

I have been working tirelessly on a 1.11 release, which is almost ready. It has taken far more time to prepare an upgrade for this version than I would ever have anticipated. But I’m hoping to have it out by Monday.

I just noticed the same thing yesterday! I don’t know if Enhancesoft sent out an email notification, but I know that I did not receive one.
I should have a version of osTicket Awesome for 1.10.5 ready this week. I’m not sure how long it will take to prepare a release for 1.11.0. It includes some significant changes and new features, so I can’t make any promises at this point.
In any event, as a paying customer you will receive email notifications as each become available.

I think the HTML code for the Staff side loading animation appears in \include\staff\footer.php, line 18.
At this moment I have no idea about the Client side.
I do recall this being a tricky function to manipulate. I think it may also rely on a JQurey dependency.

I will add it to my list of things to do for a future release.
In the meantime you can replace the US flag by simply downloading this file and uploading it to /osta/svg/flags/ (overwriting the one that is there).

Thank you for taking the time to report this and to look into it further.
Your suggestion is likely valid. I do not recall disabling the loading popup, but perhaps it got accidentally disabled through some other change.
Unfortunately, I cannot honestly say that I will have the time to look into this for the next week or two. But it is on my list!

I am able to create a PDF that successfully integrates the image.
I really suspect that your issue has something to do with the way that the images where attached to the FAQ items. I would suggest removing each image and adding it back. Let me know if that works for you.
BTW your company logo looks great! Nice job.
