Can we please get an update on this?
Are you also having issues with slow query processing times?
Our MYSQL database all of a sudden after upgrading is going mental taking 1 – 2 min just to load each query.
We are also having duplicate entry issues. Hopefully someone from Osticket Awesome will reply soon.

Hi there,
I have just updated to 1.15.4 and it appears this has happened again, alas the green ticket has disappeared 🙁
I see the fix was integrated with the update but it doesn’t appear to be working.

Are you using osTicket for that form? It’s a lot nicer then what osTicket allows haha.

I recently updated all my systems and went to use this fix, however it doesn’t seem to be working now. Any new ideas? I can try the plugins but I much prefered your code tweak 🙂

Unfortunately I was a bit wrong and while the drop down does appear, when you select an option it still brings up that second box so it doesn’t make a big difference.

So Above is the current method – you click it (highlighted in red) and it opens another box. It’s not more clicks, and now that I think about it it’s not harder – just visually a lot happening for something so small

You’re right the message shows up regardless, but yes we have 200 active tickets and not one has the green dot, our test server which I’ve done exactly the same things to before putting it on the live one still has the green dots… I think I’ll wait for the new release and hopefully that fixes it.
