I’m sorry for my prolonged absence.
I see that this type of issue (“Cannot regenerate session id”) occurs from time to time with osTicket.
I would suggest upgrading to a newer osTicket Awesome release, which (with any luck) may contain a fix in the core osTicket code.
Otherwise here are a few tips that I have gleaned from a search of the osTicket forum:
The PHP warnings seem to indicate that your server has an issue with sessions. I’m going to guess that you are using a webhosting company and if I’m right I would recommend that you talk to your host and see if they can shed any light on the issue. It might be something like SELinux or mod_security and they would need to check their webserver logs to tell you what the actual issue is, and if there is a solution.
…you will want to check your Apache access and error logs as well as your php error logs (if not combined) and see if there is anything logged there.The most common causes are:
wrong file/directory permissions or ownership

KeymasterI apologize for the late reply, @NIcholasjansen.
@darklord is correct, the New Reply icon is now a green arrow.His advice to clear your browser cache was exactly what I would have suggested. But it sounds like it didn’t fix your issue.
If you are still experiencing this issue please fill out this form and I will personally figure out what is going wrong.
(In this instance, I only need you to fill out the first two sections including osTicket Administrator Account. And then under Additional Instructions please add “New Reply icon missing” so I’ll know it is you).

KeymasterI apologize for my extended absence, @JulienVDC.
I am at a complete loss as to why uploaded files would be disappearing from the server.
Is it possible that you have backup software running on the server that is restoring an earlier backup on the installation files?
If the files were being restored from a back — but not the database — the result would be exactly this type of behavior.
Failing that, I would have to think about it some more. But I am fairly confident that it isn’t an issue with osTicket Awesome (I suspect that it has something to do with your environment and the same type of thing would be occurring if you were using vanilla osTicket).

KeymasterOops, @kkrumm is a customer who has helped a lot of other customers in this forum in the past.
But in this case, unfortunately, he must not have been aware of the new CTRL+O feature.
And I apologize for the very late reply, @MOFCO.
CTRL+O should still work in osTicket-1.14.4-Awesome-101. It seems that there must be something atypical about your setup.

In the first screenshot the “adicionar usuario” button is misaligned.
This will be fixed in any of the next releases.
Or you can open \osta\css\staff-desktop.css and change line 1944 from
.dialog input[value="Reset"] {
to
.dialog input[type="Reset"] {
But unfortunately, in the second screenshot I am not sure what you are referring to. Please describe it in words.

I am working hard on sending out invoices, catching up on support requests, and resolving some bugs with the next release that is long overdue.

KeymasterI’m still working out a couple of snags with v1.15. No timeline yet, sorry. But if you’re an existing customer you will be signed up to the newsletter (unless you’ve manually unsubscribed yourself). Therefore, you will be alerted as soon as it is ready.

Here is the error you are receiving:

Patch add628927ee030469f5d3272ebda1e16 is from osTicket v1.15.
You are trying to install osTicket Awesome 1.14.4-1 using a database that has already been upgraded to 1.15, which is not possible.
You will have to revert to your previous installation or wait until osTicket Awesome 1.15-1 is released (hopefully later this week, but no guarantee!)
